On successful login, the clinical member will be given access to the members-only pages.
If you have a clinical membership, you'll see the above screen once you've successfully logged in. It will tell you your login, and its expiration date. If your account will expire in seven days or less, you will see a red bold reminder below the above text reminding you that you need to renew your membership (this doesn't apply to Honorary or Friend memberships, which do not expire; when you login you'll be taken to a page where you can make a donation if you choose to). Note that logging in exposes a number of additional blue text menu items on the left; these are the members-only pages that as a clinical member you can now access.
If your membership has expired, you'll be taken to a page with a button you can click to make a payment and renew your membership. Once you've done so, you'll again have access to the members-only pages shown above.
